SunShine Vann
Founder and Principal Consultant
SunShine Vann is a transformation architect with over 15 years of experience leading operations, product management, and global team development. As a Director of Operations in the FinTech industry, she led more than 120 analysts across three continents, launched multiple product suites generating over $1.5 million in new revenue, and managed end-to-end operations for SaaS-based enterprise solutions.
Her career spans product management roles in Healthcare IT and Regulatory Compliance, where she drove Agile development lifecycles, conducted market research, and built client engagement strategies for enterprise platforms.
SunShine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Loyola University Maryland and will complete her MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus in July 2026. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master.
She founded Soleil Global Advisory Group, LLC to help organizations gain clarity, build scalable systems, and execute meaningful transformation.
